This is a nice little hole in the wall restaurant. The food is always fresh/good, especially their fajitas. My absolute favorite place to eat. The price is what wins this place over. It's great food for a good price. We come every month. The margaritas here are fantastic. Service is always great.
I normally am not a fan of Mexican food, but this was my exception! Everything about this place was fantastic. I would like the salsa a little more spicy and possibly a bit chunkier, but that really is just personal preference and a bit of nit picking. The tables and chair's are impeccably painted and carved. The whole restaurant is perfectly decorated. Great place for a date, with mood lighting and music and all.

Always good. Fast, friendly service. Great ribeye fajitas! (They have a sign on the door that, due to higher beef prices during Covid, their prices for beef entrees are higher than posted on the menu. The ribeye fajitas were listed as 16.99, but the bill was 18.99. I'm glad they had the notice on the door so that we weren't surprised. Ask before you order to find out how much an entree with beef actually costs).
Delicious food, kind staff, and clean bathrooms! The chicken wing appetizer is the best thing on the menu!
El Olmeca in Hampton Cove is one of my Favorite Mexican Restaurants around Huntsville. They are consistently good and give you lots of food for the price. Grilled Chicken Nachos are my go to at any Mexican Restaurant and here they nailed the right ratio of meat and peppers to chips and cheese. My friends also enjoyed their chicken and rice as well as the enchiladas. Their chips and salsa are some of the best to so whenever I’m In the mood for Mexican food around Hampton Cove this is my go to.
Great waiters and great food. I rotate between 8 or 10 different dishes. All are great. Frozen Margaritas are great too.
